I blend electrical engineering expertise with entrepreneurship to build smart factory solutions.
My journey began in 2013, right after completing my B.Tech in Electrical Engineering. While my classmates hunted for jobs, I dove straight into entrepreneurship — launching an LED manufacturing venture in Kerala with technology support from IIT faculty. The goal was simple: build a genuine startup in a competitive space.
But real entrepreneurship doesn't follow straight lines. Lack of resources pushed me to get creative — I designed custom machines for my companies, a strategic advantage that let us achieve multiple product manufacturing with minimal investment instead of buying separate equipment for each process. This hands-on engineering mindset became my edge.
My path took me through diverse roles — high-voltage electrical installations at Havills, marketing, and joining Waferchips as a founding team member, where we built Biocalculus (a product that gained government recognition). Moving to the Middle East, I immersed myself in healthcare startups, eventually building two successful manufacturing facilities in the UAE: a medical device manufacturing unit (one of only two in the country) and a paper cup manufacturing operation serving clients from small businesses to government facilities across the UAE, Oman, Saudi, Kuwait, and Africa.
These ventures brought unexpected opportunities — invitations to high-level meetings with embassies, the Ministry of Industry, and the Chamber of Commerce — experiences that broadened my perspective and reinforced my vision for building the right way.
Knowing when to walk away is just as important as knowing when to build. When I realized my values no longer aligned with my partners' direction, I made the decision to exit and start fresh. That principle — building with integrity and vision — now shapes everything I do.
Today, I channel that experience into my new venture: Smart Factory solutions, factory consulting, and HR training (in partnership with a psychology firm), combining technology and human development to transform how factories operate.
